Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Institute of Polish Affairs Inc. will be held on

THURSDAY, 9th November 2023, commencing at 7.00pm

Note: All financial members have a right to be represented at, and to vote at this meeting; the right may be exercised by attending in person, or by appointing a proxy, who must be a financial member of the Institute. No delegate may hold or cast more than five proxy votes. A Proxy Form is enclosed with this Notice.
