Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Institute of Polish Affairs Inc. will be held at Armagh, 226 Kooyong Rd Toorak Victoria on

Saturday, 22 October 2011, commencing at 11.30am

in the first instance, or at 11.45 am, to be followed by a light luncheon.

Note: All financial members have a right to be represented at, and to vote at this meeting; the right may be exercised by attending in person, or by appointing a proxy, who must be a financial member of the Institute. No delegate may hold or cast more than five proxy votes. A Proxy Form is enclosed with this Notice. Proxy Form must be posted before 19th October 2011 to AIPA, 82 Murray Rd CROYDON VIC 3136.
